I thought I had heard it all... but since we are passing laws about crazy things why don't we go a bit further and pass laws against balding men with glasses being state legislators?
Sounds stupid? Well then you get my drift about the ban you propose.
People are going to walk "stupidly" across the streets in NY and every where else regardless of whether they are listening to ipods or talking on the phones.
Do you really think I want the police of any area worrying about whether some guy is walking across the street with an ipod?
No, but that was rhetorical and I would guess that your staff reading this already figured that out.
Why not worry about the real problems of your District (crime, unemployment, immigration, etc.) and stop trying to grandstand."
