So on the way home tonight I was going over the 14th Street bridge while in the HOV lanes because it had just hit 6pm*
*background - 6pm is when the HOV (high occupancy vehicle - 3 or more passengers) restrictions drop and any one can get on the road
So back to the traffic
I am on the bridge and there is a point where the two lanes are supposed to stay in their lanes and shift to meet the road on the other side. Not difficult you say...
HA HA HA
Freaking idiots here can not do that. These are probably the same people that came up with the war policy in Iraq...
The stupidity in itself leads to a slowdown...
Then this asshole in a Discovery comes shooting past me as I was shifting lanes. He couldn't wait to be one car ahead of me. Woo Hoo! You win you asshole. It is those moments you wish you could just shoot out their tires... but a few deep breaths you are back and continue the ride home.
